Eleven filaments, split into what gets you a same-day prototype and what holds up in a demanding application. Each one is matched to a machine in our fleet.

Engineering · Reinforced

PET-GF/CF

PET-GF/CF is standard PETG reinforced with chopped glass or carbon fibre, giving it noticeably more stiffness and dimensional stability than unreinforced PETG while keeping the low warp and easy printing that make PETG a reliable everyday material. It's our default choice when a part needs to be stiffer than a standard polymer without moving to a fully engineered material like PA-CF or PC.

Weather-Resistant

ASA

ASA is chemically similar to ABS but with far better resistance to UV exposure — where ABS yellows, chalks and embrittles outdoors over months, ASA holds its colour and mechanical properties. It's our go-to for anything that lives outside: enclosures, mounting brackets, automotive trim, or fixtures exposed to sun and weather.

Mechanical

PA / Nylon

Nylon's combination of low friction and high fatigue resistance makes it the material of choice for parts that move repeatedly — gears, living hinges, cams and bushings all outlast their equivalents in more brittle polymers. It does absorb moisture over time, so we account for that in how a part is designed and stored.

Engineering · High Impact

PC

Polycarbonate is one of the toughest materials we print — it resists impact and cracking far better than ABS or PETG, and holds its shape at higher temperatures than most standard filaments. We reach for it when a part needs to survive being dropped, knocked, or sitting somewhere warm.

High-Performance

PPS

PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) is a high-performance polymer built for environments that destroy ordinary plastics — sustained heat above 200°C, solvents, fuels and hydrolysis. It's a specialist material for automotive under-hood components, chemical-exposure fixtures, and housings that sit near real heat sources.

Engineering · Blend

PC-PBT

PC-PBT is a blend engineered to take the impact strength of polycarbonate and pair it with PBT's resistance to fuels, oils and other automotive chemicals. It's a common choice for connectors and housings that need to survive both a physical knock and chemical exposure in the same application.

High-Performance · Aerospace

Ultem (PEI)

Ultem (PEI) is the material aerospace and defence programs reach for when a polymer part has to meet flame, smoke and toxicity (FST) requirements while still being strong and lightweight. It holds its properties at high sustained temperatures, which is why it turns up in brackets, ducting and tooling on programs where failure isn't an option.
